We at LivNest Technologies are hiring for Real Estate Team Lead for Thane location.
Relevant to Team Lead: 1 year into team lead (In Hardcore sales)
Please note, before applying:
- Real Estate experience is must
- Team Lead experience is must
- Candidates from Mumbai or nearby thane location are preferred
- Building a pipeline of customers, tapping into existing database and building newer channels of potential clients.
- Contributing marketing and sales inputs for building on strategic plans
- Provide Competitor Analysis.
- Identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹245,185.41 – ₹1,107,116.74 per year
