Logistic and Personal Driver

Description

We are seeking a reliable, flexible, and safety-conscious Driver to provide transportation services for our Director and their family. As the appointed driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of the Director and their family members to various destinations, including appointments, meetings, social events, and other activities as required. This is a critical role, as you will be entrusted with the safety and comfort of our Director and their loved ones.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the designated vehicle to transport the Director and their family members to and from their destinations. This includes adhering to all traffic laws, following safety guidelines, and maintaining a defensive driving approach at all times.
• Ensure prompt arrival at scheduled pick-up and drop-off points, ensuring that the Director and their family members reach their appointments and engagements on time.
• Regularly inspect and maintain the assigned vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues promptly and coordinate with the appropriate personnel for repairs and maintenance.
• Be adaptable to changing schedules and last-minute requests. Some evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime may be required to accommodate the Director’s schedule.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion about the Director’s private matters, conversations, and whereabouts.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with the Director, their family, colleagues, and other individuals encountered during the course of duty.
• Maintain effective communication (English) with the Director and their family to ensure awareness of any schedule changes or special requirements.
• Possess a good understanding of local and regional routes to efficiently navigate through traffic and find alternative routes when needed.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail when checking and packing goods for delivery to outlets.
• Capable of handling and lifting goods and packages of varying weights during loading and unloading.
• Any other tasks assigned by Directors

Requirements:

• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a professional driver is preferred(Driving 7 seater car), particularly in a similar role involving transporting high-level executives or private individuals.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe driving practices and the ability to prioritise the safety and well-being of passengers.
• Ability to adjust to varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• A dependable and punctual individual who can be relied upon for consistent transportation services.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with the Director and others.
• Understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in all aspects of the job.
• Must pass a background check to ensure a trustworthy and responsible driving history.
• Must be medically and physically fit
