Logistics Operations Manager

ASSIGNMENT
An opportunity for a “Logistics Operations Manager” has arisen within the ATR Customer Services in Blagnac.
You will be part of the Material Operations Center and you will be responsible to support all activities related to transport, customs and warehouse for spares activities.
ACTIVITIES
You main tasks will consist of:
1) Managing the Logistics Operations provider:
Responsible for the management of the Logistics Operations provider for warehouse, transportation and other logistical processes in your scope of responsibility (SLA, OTD, OQD, Claims, Cost, training and volume)
Be accountable for the standard operating process, be the first level of escalation, SAP support for logistics issues, create and follow up the Purchase Orders and lead the performance meeting
Define and deploy continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities
Define and manage the change requests, new work specifications or lead the call for tenders in relation with the Procurement department
2) Managing the global Logistics topics
As part of the spares Logistics pole, you will daily support all the logistics operations in terms of warehousing, transport and customs:
answer to worldwide internal customers and logistics service providers requests
encourages green logistics: ensure that environmental constraints are taken into account in our logistics process
contribute to the optimization of logistics solutions throughout the supply chain.
3) Digitization
Support and follow-up of IT tool project in relation to the change of activity or logistics roadmap:
- TMS (Transport Management System) evolution and issues resolution
- ERP/SAP development
Implement and maintain KPIs (performance, cost, quality, environment)
Automate KPIs with Power Bi solution
PROFILE
Ideally a degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience
Knowledge of “lean” techniques is a plus
Experience in a warehousing environment would be a plus
You have the ability to work in a small team with numerous internal / external customers at a worldwide level
You demonstrate a high versatile skill and a strong flexibility to adapt to the different logistics constraints
You have a good team spirit and a collaborative way of working
REQUESTED SKILL
Strong IT systems knowledge including
- SAP SAP WM/MM modules
- PowerBi
- Advanced Excel user
- Global understanding of EDI way of working (xml file exchange, webservice…)
Perfect Incoterms knowledge and application
IATA (dangerous goods) knowledge would be a plus
Languages: Fluent in English and French is mandatory

A position of “Logistics Operations Manager” is to be filled within ATR’s Customer Service in Blagnac.
You will be part of the “Material Operations Center” and you will be responsible for supporting all activities related to transport, customs and warehousing of spare parts.
ACTIVITIES
Your main tasks will be to:
Manage the logistics operations provider:
- You will be responsible for supplier management of spare logistics operations within your area of responsibility (SLA, OTD, OQD, claims, costs, training and business volume).
- Be responsible for operating procedures, be the first level of escalation, be the SAP support for logistics issues, create and follow purchase orders and lead performance review meetings
- Define and deploy continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities.
- Define and manage contract development needs, new work specifications or support tenders in relation to the purchasing department.
Manage logistics operations:
As a member of the logistics division, you will support all logistics operations in terms of warehousing, transport and customs on a daily basis:
- meet the demands of internal customers and logistics providers around the world
- promote eco-responsible logistics: ensure that environmental constraints are taken into account in our logistics processes
- contribute to the optimization of logistics solutions throughout the supply chain.
Digitization
- Manage developments in IT tools in relation to changes in activity or the logistics roadmap:
- Evolution of the TMS (Transport Management System) and resolution of associated problems
- Evolution of ERP/SAP
- Implement the KPIs of the activity (performance, cost, quality, environment)
- Automate KPIs with the Power Bi solution
PROFILE
- Ideally a bac +5 degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transport or engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of “lean” techniques is a plus.
- Experience in a warehousing environment would be a plus.
- You have the ability to work in a small team with many internal and external clients globally.
- You show great versatility and flexibility to adapt to different logistical constraints.
- You have a good team spirit and a collaborative way of working.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, including
- SAP WM/MM modules from SAP
- PowerBi
- Advanced Excel user
- General understanding of how the IDE works (exchange of xml files, webservice, etc.)
- Perfect knowledge and application of Incoterms
