Job Title: Admin Officer (Tender Document and E-Tendering)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Admin Officer to join our team, specializing in the tender document and e-tendering paperwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the tendering process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. This will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire tendering process, from initial request through to submission
  • Review tender documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to obtain required information and documentation
  • Coordinate the submission of tenders and track their progress
  • Maintain accurate records of all tender documentation and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures


  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, specializing in tender document and e-tendering paperwork
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of e-tendering platforms is preferred
