Job Title: Admin Officer (Tender Document and E-Tendering)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Admin Officer to join our team, specializing in the tender document and e-tendering paperwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the tendering process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. This will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire tendering process, from initial request through to submission
- Review tender documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to obtain required information and documentation
- Coordinate the submission of tenders and track their progress
- Maintain accurate records of all tender documentation and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, specializing in tender document and e-tendering paperwork
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of e-tendering platforms is preferred
