Customer Care Executive
The employee has to be responsible for following work –
- Confirming orders with customers
- Ensuring orders are dispatched / cancelled depending on customer request
- Servicing customer requirements like returns / exchange
- Co-ordinating with courier for dispatch
- Ensuing goods are delivered
- Making daily / monhtly reports of dispatch and delivery
- Checking returns
- Solving all kind of customer queries
- Timely reverting to customers on chat like email / whatsapp
- Operating Excel, Word, Email & Basic Computer knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
