Roles and Responsibilities

• Understands a brand ethos and executes shoots accordingly
• Well-versed with varied lighting, background setups, and overall styling language for multiple brands
• Ensure that the imagery selected is in line with the guidelines
• Explain guidelines to hair and makeup artists
• Provide feedback to Junior stylists on functional aspects
• Undertakes special projects and ensures end to the execution of the same
• Decisively troubleshoots styling challenges on-set using knowledge of the visual brand
• Analyzes studio productivity and develops and implements process improvements
• Assists with creating training and SOP materials

Qualifications & Experience

Relevant Experience: 4 – 6 years
