Cloud Support Engineer
Manpower is currently seeking a Cloud Support Engineer for a long-term opportunity with a major client located in Calgary, AB.
What will you be doing?
- Knowledge on ITSM and must be aware of Incident, Change & Problem management processes
- Identify the Gaps and provide documentation / suggestion faced during Execution.
- 5-8 Years of experience in handling Hybrid Datacenter Operations for global clients.
- Participate in business meetings with various stake holders.
- Contribute to creation of Technical Documentations and to SIPs (Systematic Improvement Plans)
- Effort reduction initiatives like small script based automations.
- Manage Snapshots and restore of volumes
- Must be aware and adherent to ITSM Processes
- Monitoring tool: Azure Monitoring, Network watcher, SolarWinds.
- Patching: Perform Advanced troubleshooting on OS Patch failure situations
Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure cloud administration and Solutions
- Knowledge on ITSM and must be aware of Incident, Change & Problem management processes
- Must have superior problem-solving skills with extremely high levels of initiative and assertiveness
- Somebody who has at least 3-6+ years of work experience in Azure Cloud, Windows, Active Directory technology troubleshooting and offshore support.
- Education qualification: B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
- Preferred Certification: AZ-104 – Microsoft Azure Administrator
