Ensure staff work as a team to ensure optimal service and guest needs are met. Inspect staff grooming and clothing and rectify any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties, such as organizing necessary supplies and instruments, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect the organization, cleanliness and use of the FIFO method in the storage areas. Complete scheduled inventories and stock and order the necessary supplies. Control the availability of seats, service, safety and well-being of guests in dining rooms. Submit work orders for maintenance repairs. Assist management in hiring, training, organizing, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation and training of employees; and serve as an example and first point of contact for the “Fair Treatment Guarantee and Open Door Policy” process.

Comply with all company security policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries; Complete safety training and certifications. Ensure that both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain the privacy of company proprietary information; protect your assets.
