ResponsibilitiesAchieve Revenue & Market profitability for Injection & Shotcrete:

  • Formulate aggressive competitive business development, value creation, and margin management strategies and meet up annual sales & contribution margin budgets for UGC Segment.
  • Achieve revenue & market profitability by Driving, monitoring, guiding, and supporting including management of

(i)Pricing, (ii) Distribution Channel activities (iii) Supply Chain (iv) Key Opportunity Plans & Key Account Plans (v) Implement & Review Product Segment Strategies (vi) Customer Action Plan (vii) Strategic Products (viii) Applicator Development, etc.

  • Implement Global, Regional, and local platform strategies to increase business. Monitor, develop, and implement strategies for the long-term competitiveness of MBSIPL in South Asia & India including successful implementation of strategic investments as approved by RBU / OD. Cooperate with sub-regional, regional, and global colleagues to increase business.
  • Drive growth of UGC business by identifying and launching new products, initiating activities of Market Mapping, arriving at the correct SRM, and carrying out a product gap analysis. Carry out need-based training for internal staff and external stakeholders.
  • Achieve excellence by way of participating & representing in national and international seminars, conferences, etc. Also, carry out specific excellence activities like Customer Day / Segment Day / Product Day.
  • Enable cross-functional business collaboration and synergies with the Application, Technical, Specification, Distribution, KOP & KAM, and Technical teams to maximize MBSIPL value.
  • Oversee the establishment of a database and arrive at the correct Market Potential, Market Share, and SRM. Also obtain, update, maintain, and evaluate market trends, the application of products/technology, the service needs, and intelligence on competitors.
  • Demonstrate professional and/or disciplinary leadership of employees, motivation, and coaching of sales teams, and foster performance-oriented team spirit including management of virtual teams.
  • Ensure compliance with values and principles, code of conduct, consistently and continuously exhibiting SAFE behavior at driving, project sites, offices, and for self and others


  • Education: Min bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mining Engineering from a reputed institute. A business Management Degree / Diploma will be preferable.
  • Working Experience: Min 6-10 years of industry experience in dealing with tunnel projects eg. Metro, Civil, Irrigation, and Defense projects in India. Also dealing with Dam projects for repair/ rehabilitation. Out of that, the majority should be with Injection, Shotcrete product portfolio.
