JD-PRODUCT MANAGER -IVD Business
The Product Manager will help drive sales of the IVD division by providing clinical expertise to customers.
He/she will work closely with principals to implement the agreed sales strategy and brand positioning of our IVD solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Understand and articulate in detail the functionalities/clinical benefits to end users of our IVD product line
• Support the commercial operations team on tender and quotations
• Monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting by updating the CRM system.
• Responsible for product demonstrations and organizing Clinical Seminars
• Provide the com ops department with the market and competitive information
• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Reference centers
• Monitor Demo products availability and ensure feedback is received from the customers.
• Acquire a deep understanding of the local market to influence and adapt the product and marketing strategies
• Develop and tailor Country specific marketing strategies and initiatives
• Become the subject matter expert for a dedicated product line to serve as the key point of contact for the principals.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Maldives customers (clinicians and patients) and their needs and identify usage patterns and purchasing decision criteria by customer segment to identify product strengths and weaknesses
Reporting Structure
• Reporting to GM Marketing
Education and Experience:
• Master’s degree in biotechnology preferred.
• Minimum experience of 10 years in product management, sales, and marketing
• Experience in IVD and research products
• Exposure to the Bio-Rad product line is desirable
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) mandatory
