Roles and Responsibility

HR & Admin support which comprises of the following:

  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office on daily basis and prioritize important tasks.
  • Review Job advertisements prior to posting, screen & shortlisting of CVs, conducting telephone Interviews, coordination with Directors for Final round of Interview and ensure that documentation is collected and recorded/filed.
  • Manage the new hire orientation, Joining Process, Timely Induction
  • Issuing Appointment letter (mandatory bond), Increment letter etc when requirement arise.
  • Process & upkeep of employee personal file with relevant documents and details.
  • Performance Appraisal Management System (Annually).
  • Processing of Annual employees benefit and keeping proper record of Leave encashment, Increment/ Promotion, KRA Incentive, Bonus if any etc…
  • Updating company policies from time to time.
  • Preparing Legal documents including notice etc…
  • Employee Engagement activities
  • Work with Management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically..
  • Supervise and Manage all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors including Directors/Partners
  • All Administrative works.
