Roles and Responsibility
HR & Admin support which comprises of the following:
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office on daily basis and prioritize important tasks.
- Review Job advertisements prior to posting, screen & shortlisting of CVs, conducting telephone Interviews, coordination with Directors for Final round of Interview and ensure that documentation is collected and recorded/filed.
- Manage the new hire orientation, Joining Process, Timely Induction
- Issuing Appointment letter (mandatory bond), Increment letter etc when requirement arise.
- Process & upkeep of employee personal file with relevant documents and details.
- Performance Appraisal Management System (Annually).
- Processing of Annual employees benefit and keeping proper record of Leave encashment, Increment/ Promotion, KRA Incentive, Bonus if any etc…
- Updating company policies from time to time.
- Preparing Legal documents including notice etc…
- Employee Engagement activities
- Work with Management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically..
- Supervise and Manage all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors including Directors/Partners
- All Administrative works.
