We are currently seeking a part-time Software Testing Trainer to join our team and deliver engaging and informative training sessions to our students.
Job Overview: As a Software Testing Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering software testing courses that cover a range of testing methodologies and techniques. You will work closely with our curriculum development team to ensure that the content is up-to-date and relevant to the latest industry standards. You will also be responsible for assessing student progress and providing feedback to help them improve their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver software testing courses that cover a range of testing methodologies and techniques.
- Work closely with our curriculum development team to ensure that the content is up-to-date and relevant to the latest industry standards.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in software testing and incorporate them into training materials.
- Collaborate with other trainers to improve the overall quality of our training courses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training courses in software testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their skills.
This is a part-time position that may require some evening or weekend work.
