Restaurant Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that minimum brand standards have been implemented
- Assist to ensure that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate
- Ensure that the outlet is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise
- Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
- Maximize employee productivity through the use of multi-skill, multi-tasking, and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of Food & Beverage working experience with at least 3 years of solid experience in supervising and running the daily operation of the restaurant
- Diploma or above in Hotel or related disciplines
- Must be able to speak and write Cantonese, and Mandarin and be proficient in English
- Able to operate a computer and proficient with MS Office
- Must be able to work any day and shift
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, leadership, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills are required
