HR Officer
Job Description
We are looking for a JR HR Officer (Dubai Based) who, in support of the Group HR Manager and all the HR team (based in the Headquarter in Italy), can take care of all the operational activities of the Area assigned with a particular focus on the management of our offices in MEA and APAC and corporate functions, from personnel administration to development, training and recruiting activities.
The resource will deal with:
– administration and management of personnel.
– recruiting and selection process, ensuring that the recruiting, interview, hiring and onboarding phases are conducted according to legal requirements and reflect company values and managing external partners in line with Company policies.
– update the s, organization charts and support the HR Manager in the organizational part.
– internal communication and Employer Branding activities, including the management of Workplace platform.
– review and performance management plans.
– management and updating of internal policies.
– learning and people development projects related to the HR area.
– activities related to General Services and Travel Management.We require: previous experience in an HR Specialist or HR Generalist role proactivity flexibility creative mindset digital skills We turn to young people of potential, passionate about human resources who want to grow and get involved in a context in strong development.
