Personal Assistant


We are a dynamic, privately-owned family office based in the beautiful city-state of Monaco. We are currently seeking an experienced, meticulous, and reliable individual to join our close-knit team as a Family Office Assistant. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative and personal support to family members
  • Overseeing property management including routine inspections, maintenance, and managing contractors
  • Organizing and coordinating personal, domestic, and international travel arrangements
  • Handling procurement tasks including researching, purchasing, and organizing the delivery of goods and services
  • Coordinating with domestic staff, ensuring effective communication and smooth operation of household tasks
  • Assisting with basic financial accounting tasks, including tracking expenditures, budgeting, and reporting
  • Participating in other ad hoc projects as required by the family or senior staff members

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a family office, private household or in a high-level personal assistant role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and respect for privacy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficiency in financial accounting, with the ability to manage budgets and create financial reports
  • Excellent knowledge of domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Being fluent in English and French and other languages is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
