Are you an organized and dynamic individual with a passion for driving online presence, enhancing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer experiences? Join our team as a Multifaceted Assistant and immerse yourself in a role that offers a blend of social media management, marketing initiatives, email correspondence, website administration, reservation handling, and client communication.This is an employment for a full time shift with the time schedule from 9am-5pm EST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute creative social media content across various platforms to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor trends, analyze insights, and adapt strategies to optimize online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
- Marketing Initiatives:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, visuals, and messaging.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the company’s marketing strategies.
- Email Correspondence:
- Efficiently manage and respond to emails, ensuring timely and personalized communication.
- Follow up on inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions.
- Website Building/Managing:
- Play a pivotal role in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring content accuracy and user-friendly navigation.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement improvements and troubleshoot issues.
- Reservation Handling:
- Manage reservations through various channels, providing clients with exceptional service and accurate booking information.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of reservations and events.
- Phone Communication:
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist clients with inquiries, provide information, and address concerns effectively.
- Bilingual French Speaker:
- Utilize your proficiency in French to cater to a diverse range of clients and expand our customer base.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, marketing, and customer service roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in website management tools and content management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual fluency in English and French is a strong asset.
