IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Solve incidents and problems colleagues have with their IT equipment, (e.g. laptops, phones, desk equipment).
• Ensure stability and availability of internal office IT infrastructure (e.g. network, firewall, printers).
• Manage and support our productivity tools and help your colleagues with their requests.
• Order and prepare IT equipment and manage our IT inventory.
• On and off-board employees in Zurich and remotely in our other locations.

Qualification

• Practical experience in as many of the following software as possible: Atlassian Jira and Confluence, MS Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, JumpCloud, and Slack.
• Relevant training or certifications.
• Strong hands-on mentality and the willingness to continue to learn in a constantly changing IT landscape.
• Curious to work in a start-up environment.
• Stay abreast of technology developments.
• Fluent in English, which is mandatory for this role.
• Speaking German would be a plus.
