Night Jobs 11pm 7am in Mumbai

• Resolve the Client’s account arrears with communication via telephone and email.
• Provide Advertisers with assistance to account queries in a timely manner
• Logging interactions with Advertisers & other departments
• Liaising with other departments
• Logging & replying to letters/emails
• Any other activities as directed by the Collections Manager

Key Accountabilities:

• To manage your own workload in accordance with in-house SLA guidelines
• To maintain database actions
• Ensure all letters and emails are responded to in a timely manner.

Essential skills/qualifications and experience:

• Administration skills and a high standard of computer literacy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good telephone manners, communication skills (both verbal & written), listening, and customer service skills.
• Ability to deal with escalated queries in a professional manner.
