Call Center Executive (ONLY Night Shift and Work from Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, professional Call Center Representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our current and potential customers. The successful candidate should be accept ownership for customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Interacting with clients and customers over the telephone.
• Logging client requests and incidents.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Male/Female with good communication skills.
• Any graduation. Need to be very fluent in English.
• Have to work for 6 days a week
• Only Work from Office
• Should be flexible to work in night shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift
• US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)
