Call Center Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Call Center Agent to join our Radiology Chain in multiple locations. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers in a timely and professional manner
Schedule appointments for radiology services based on patient needs and availability
Provide patients with accurate and detailed information regarding their appointments, including preparation instructions, location details, and billing information
Verify insurance eligibility and coverage for patients
Collect payments and issue receipts for services rendered
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Radiology Chain

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Previous experience in customer service or call center role preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as needed
