Full Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for Field officers near Mysore Road and Hosur road.
Who have experience in Security guards Agency field,
1. Roles & responsibilities includes Manpower sourcing, security guard deployment, on job training, Identify & design training needs, conduct training for security personnel.
2.Ensure collections of documents, maintenance of security systems, processes as per SOPs at clients place etc
3.Training on day to day security operations, modern surveillance and vigilance techniques etc
4.Conduct fire safety training
5. Provide timely feedback to enhance security personnel performance etc
6. Looking after operations of security personnel company
7. Interaction with Clients, Checks and audits of process on sites
8. Address grievances of guards and Oversee documentation and stocking of uniforms Training
9. collection of payments

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
