NISARGAH PRESCHOOL AND DAYCARE

The teacher should be responsible for providing educational and developmental experiences for young children. This includes planning and implementing lessons, supervising and interacting with children, and communicating with parents and guardians.

Specific responsibilities includes:

• Developing and implementing lesson plans that support the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.
• Creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration.
• Observing and evaluating children’s development and progress, and keeping records of their progress.
• Communicating with parents and guardians about their child’s development and progress.
• Preferred Certification: Nursery Teacher Training
• Providing a safe and healthy environment for children, including maintaining proper hygiene, supervising play activities, and enforcing safety rules.
• Planning and leading activities that promote the physical, social, and emotional development of children, such as arts and crafts, music and movement, and outdoor play.
• Collaborating with other educators and staff to plan and implement curriculum.
• Participating in professional development activities to stay current on the best practices in early childhood education.
• Ensures that preschool resources are utilised effectively and works towards minimising wastage.
• Understands and aheres to the school policies at all times.

Job Type: Full-time, Regular/Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per Month

Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
