Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of all existing outlets, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Develop and manage the staff shift schedule to guarantee that we have sufficient personnel coverage during high-traffic periods.
  • Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, supervising, and inspiring the team to perform at their best.
  • Handle inventory and supply management, including ordering, storage, and distribution of food, beverages, and supplies, and regularly checking stock levels to avoid shortages.
  • Collaborate with the franchise team to grow and expand our franchise network, both domestically and internationally.


Demonstrated experience managing business operations or a similar role in the food and beverage industry.

  • Expertise in the Singapore F&B industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern Filipino cuisine.
  • Prior experience working in a startup business environment.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Adept at analyzing and solving complex operational problems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain management practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
