Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of all existing outlets, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.
- Develop and manage the staff shift schedule to guarantee that we have sufficient personnel coverage during high-traffic periods.
- Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, supervising, and inspiring the team to perform at their best.
- Handle inventory and supply management, including ordering, storage, and distribution of food, beverages, and supplies, and regularly checking stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Collaborate with the franchise team to grow and expand our franchise network, both domestically and internationally.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience managing business operations or a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Expertise in the Singapore F&B industry.
- In-depth knowledge of modern Filipino cuisine.
- Prior experience working in a startup business environment.
- Outstanding leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Adept at analyzing and solving complex operational problems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain management practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
