Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care and first aid treatment to all the employees within the scope of responsibilities.
- Maintain a fully supplied clinic in the hotel and if needed in the accommodation as well as keeping systemic medical files of all employees.
- Ensure that all Dubai Municipality guidelines are strictly observed and adhered to.
- Ensure that employees are registered on the medical, life, and worker’s compensation insurance during their first week at work. Delete all medical cards of leaving employees.
- Actively involved in coordinating and promoting annual Health and Wellness events/ camps to ensure that employees become more health conscious.
- Accompany employees to the clinic/ hospital whenever needed. Visit employees in the hospital and/or the accommodation when they are sick.
- Make sure that all food handlers have done the medical tests for Occupational Health (OH) and keep track.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Nurse in the UAE is required.
- Must be a registered Nurse in your home country.
- Holds a valid UAE Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license.
