Office Executive
Job Description:
ICICI Bank is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Executive. As an Office Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
- Assist in the coordination of office events and functions
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
