Job Description:

  • Assist project manager in project planning, work progress scheduling and monitor project cost within the budget constraint.
  • Report regularly to project manager to keep him constantly informed of job progress, plans and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules.
  • Perform overall quality control of the work and monitor compliance to performance standards and specifications.
  • Attend weekly meeting to discuss with sub-contractors/contractors on work progress.
  • Assist in managing purchase of resources and monitor the material usage on site.
  • Identifying technical issues and ensuring all of them are properly addressed.

Job Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Time management and organization skill
  • Project management skill
  • Education Qualification recognized by BCA & PEB
  • Able to work under fast paced and pressure environment
  • Welcome Fresh Graduate with related qualification to apply
