Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Sales Executive for a mid-level position on our sales team. The candidate will assist the company in selling Seeq Advanced Analytics software and services to clients in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Become familiar with Seeq Advanced Analytics software
- Establish solid relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct the discovery phase with each of the named accounts to determine opportunities
- Translate these opportunities into a sales pipeline for the next 3 years
- Work closely with our partner Seeq and participate in discussions, demos, proposals, and support deal development for sales of Seeq software and related services
- Coordinate engagement with the rest of the team and Seeq resources (i.e. Analytics Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.) to ensure building successful relationships with customers
- Receive a sales target depending on the opportunities and achieve this target on a quarterly basis
- Actively engage with key prospects and establish discussions, presentations, demos, and proposals to develop and close sales
- Effectively communicate the stages of the sales cycle to upper management and the engineering team
- Develop and grow the business consistently with the existing install base and further on to new customers and new territories
Requirements/Qualification and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess most of the following:
- Prior enterprise software and/or services sales experience is a “Must”, preferably in the GCC territory
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communications or Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Eng’g, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing, or comparable
- A complimentary mix of technical prowess accompanied by great people skills
- Excellent presentation skills and the confidence to comfortably speak in front of crowds
- Motivation to work towards set sales quotas and the drive to exceed them
- Solid command of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Ability and desire to learn new products and solutions in a timely manner
- Ability and desire to work locally and abroad with no restrictions on obtaining visas
- Comfortable working remotely and excels in a team environment
The below points are a bonus for the potential applicant:
- Experience with Seeq Advanced Analytics or OSIsoft PI is a big plus
- Existing contacts within major process industries in the GCC (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, etc)
- Knowledge of the various industry sectors (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power, Water, Food, Pharma, etc)
