Online Brand Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Brand Strategy : Definition and development of the digital brand and category strategy in collaboration with the local and international marketing team, the social media manager and the main interlocutors for the achievement of the set business and equity objectives.
- Owned assets management : Management of sites and brand and category properties; coordination of agencies and activities related to digital assets. Definition with the marketing team of the contents and of the distribution strategies of the same within the platforms. Control and optimization of SEO activities and agency management.
- Digital media management : management and control of digital commerce media (conversion oriented) related to online business: Google Search, Amazon Search, Amazon Display etc. , measurement and follow up of the ROI of the single campaign and/or of the channel itself, management and coordination of the agency and digital media awareness.
- E-commerce boost : Management and coordination of the boost activities of the e-commerce channels in collaboration with the e-commerce team and the marketing team (for the product management part related to the channel). Definition and management of the contents present in the channels (with a particular focus on Amazon). Monitoring the performance of the paid media activity in collaboration with the marketing and ecommerce team.
Requirements:
- Ability to build collaborative relationships in close partnership with internal collaborators (marketing, sales, IT, communication) and external collaborators (agencies, e-retailers, influencers…)
- Passion for Digital as a strategic lever to develop the business
- Compliance with qualitative metrics: KPIs analysis, reporting and insight processing
- At least 4/5 years of experience in a digital role within an agency/media house or inhouse
- Have a strong understanding of the digital landscape, trends, tools and the network
- Have a proven track record of e-com transformation within FMCG businesses
- Experience in managing cooperation with media houses/agencies/stakeholders
- Excellent leadership skills and influence of the reference ecosystem
- Proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit and focus on achieving results
- Good communication and network building skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
