Full Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Cloodot, you will play the most crucial part in the sales lifecycle, being the first point of contact for prospective customers. To be successful in the role, you should have previous experience developing leads from scratch and meeting sales quotas in the software (SaaS) or technology industry.


You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close or passed on a deal. If you are motivated and results-driven, and if you enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Shift Timings – 9 AM – 5 PM (IST)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead collection: Prospect for, generate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities using various tools and resources.
  • Reach-out: Engage with 50 – 70 new leads per day via calls, emails, LinkedIn Messages, etc.
  • Product demo: Schedule and Perform 2-3 product demos per day.
  • Closing: 10-15 deals per month.
  • Master the ability to evangelize the Cloodot story
  • Documentation: Maintain and update accurate and clean lead data on CRM.
  • Align Cloodot solutions with prospective business objectives & needs
  • Exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and deals close
