Job Description

We are looking for a remote Co-Packing Sales Executive, for one of our clients headquartered in Burnaby, BC. This executive sales position offers an amazing opportunity to excel and broaden your sales experience in the logistics and warehousing industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day diligent “hunting” mentality approach to prospecting and new business lead generation,
  • Retain and grow existing customer base by creating strategic plans to achieve sales goals
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to communications and providing closure.
  • Attend sales training, as well as develop a full understanding of the products and services of the company
  • Create and maintain accurate, detained, and organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
  • Be honest and proactive in all communications – internally and externally
  • Develop competitive solutions and proposals resulting in new business
  • Partner and collaborate with peers and management, including the engineering and operations teams, to enhance sales techniques and bring innovation to new business opportunities
  • Review and closely monitor account performance and profitability
  • Communicate issues and concerns with operations and senior management when required
  • Participate in rate schedule development and contracts for both new and existing business
  • Complete key administrative tasks including CRM (Salesforce), managing appropriate pipelines, and updating key customer information
  • Ability and availability to travel as business needs dictate


  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience within the 3PL Warehousing industry
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience within the CoPacking industry
  • Experience with print-registered copacking
  • Solid knowledge of the industry and marketplace, maintaining a national and global network
  • Proven experience in prospecting and developing new business
  • Demonstrated sales background and capability
  • Desire to succeed in a sales goal-driven environment with tenacity to close
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess, design, and sell a given solution
  • Ability to develop and deliver high-quality, compelling presentations
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate the value proposition of the company – both virtually and in person
  • Comfortable selling at the “C” level
  • Skillful negotiator – maintains company expectations while expanding customer spend
  • Professional demeanor – confident, organized, and well-presented
  • Self-starter with an enthusiastic approach and “can do” attitude, high energy
  • Analytical approach to determine what business is worth pursuing
  • Willing and able to be nimble and flexible in the face of change

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $65,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
