Receptionist

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting visitors / investors and assisting them for their enquiries.
  • Answering all incoming calls / E-mails
  • Dealing with any enquiries at the reception.
  • Make sure that the reception area is clean and equipped with all the necessary stationery and material whenever in use.
  • Provide relevant information in person, through phone or by mail.
  • Guiding the investors to the right departments.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Managing Meetings and other travel schedules
Required skill sets:
  • Excellent Communication Skills both Verbal and Spoken in English + Arabic by default.
  • Good Coordination and collaboration skills
  • Email writing skills
  • Should be Familiar with Computers, Microsoft Excel, PPT, Outlook etc.,
