Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors / investors and assisting them for their enquiries.
- Answering all incoming calls / E-mails
- Dealing with any enquiries at the reception.
- Make sure that the reception area is clean and equipped with all the necessary stationery and material whenever in use.
- Provide relevant information in person, through phone or by mail.
- Guiding the investors to the right departments.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Managing Meetings and other travel schedules
Required skill sets:
- Excellent Communication Skills both Verbal and Spoken in English + Arabic by default.
- Good Coordination and collaboration skills
- Email writing skills
- Should be Familiar with Computers, Microsoft Excel, PPT, Outlook etc.,
