Role: Relationship Manager
Company: Mahindra Holidays and Resorts
Experience required: Minimum 1 year of Experience into Direct Sales/ Field (B2C, B2B Sales) (TIME SHARE INDUSTRY)
Location: Dehradun
Working days: Saturday and Sunday Working (Week Off on Monday to Thursday)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
Interview Rounds: HR, Business Unit Head, Business Manager (Face to Face)
Compensation: Up to 4.5 LPA + 1 lac Retention + Travel allowance (3K to 5K
Based Travel) + Incentives (Average 10-30% of hike could be provided on the current / previous Fixed Salary)

Job Purpose
To maximize the sales of a company’s goods or services by making powerful and successful
sales presentations in different settings to crack profitable deals and referrals and thereby
achieve sales target
Key Responsibilities
Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment.
To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line
with the strategic direction of the company.
To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handlings
objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service are met at all
times.
To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and member relations department.
To keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training as and when
required.
G. Candidate Profile
Should have a minimum of Bachelor s degree
Experience Of 1 – 10 Years Preferred.
Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under
pressure.
Should possess sound knowledge about the local market and local language
Possess strong communication skills
H. Desired Industry
FMCG, consumer durables industry, Service sector like Telecom, personal financial products, insurance, and real estate. Etc
Requirements
Good communication Skills in English
Candidate should be a Min Graduate / post graduate.
Candidate should have Min 1+ years of experience into direct sales/Field (B2C, B2B sales)
Two-wheeler Owned by Candidate is mandatory
Average Age 24 to 36
Preferred Industry: – Education, Real Estate, Telecom, Insurance, BFSI.
