Tele Caller Executive

Job Description:

As a Tele Caller at VIVA Housing, you will play a crucial role in our customer outreach and engagement efforts. You will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, providing them with essential information about our housing projects, and guiding them through the initial stages of their home buying journey. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive approach will help create positive and lasting impressions on our prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

· Contact potential customers via phone to introduce VIVA Housing’s projects and services.

· Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

· Identify customer needs and provide relevant information to assist in their decision-making process.

· Schedule appointments for interested customers to visit our housing projects.

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our database.

· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

· Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).

· Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

· No prior experience required, but 0 to 2 years of relevant experience will be considered a bonus.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software would be advantageous.
