Role Description

Decathlon Sports India is looking for Part-time Retail Sales Executives to join our team in Chennai. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations at our retail outlets in Chennai. This is an on-site role for part-time work with flexible working hours. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, identifying customer needs, and offering suitable products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness, product placement, and stocking of products.

Qualifications

Prior experience in retail sales or customer service
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
A positive attitude towards work and a willingness to learn
An interest in sports and an athlete’s mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team environment,
A flexible schedule including the ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week

Salary: ₹9,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
