Back Office Assistant
- The back office is responsible for a wide range of activities that enable the smooth functioning of the business. Some common back-office functions include:
- Operations and Logistics: Managing inventory, supply chain, and logistics to ensure the efficient movement of goods and services.
- Finance and Accounting: Handling financial transactions, bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, and other accounting functions.
- Human Resources: Managing employee records, payroll processing, recruitment, training, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- IT Support: Providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, managing software applications, and ensuring data security.
- Compliance and Legal: Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, managing contracts, and handling compliance issues.
- Data Entry and Processing: Inputting and processing data, maintaining databases, and generating reports.
- Administrative Support: Handling general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, document management, and correspondence.
Job Types: Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
