Receptionist/Front Desk

Established busy law firm looking for experienced receptionist. Must be able to handle multi-lines.

Full time position must be able to work if needed nights/weekends and be flexible with scheduling. Must have at least 1 year of experience.


  • Answering heavy phone lines
  • Maintains a smooth flow of incoming and outgoing telephone calls on a multi-line telephone system and familiar with using data bases.
  • Answer telephones promptly in a clear, courteous manner, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate individual or department.
  • Ensures all information is correct and legible, indicating the caller’s first and last name, company name if applicable, the time, and the message the caller wishes to leave.

Additional Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

-Greets and directs visitors to the company.

-Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.

-Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.

-Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.

-Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.

-Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.

-Setting up conference rooms for meetings, lunches, etc.

-Cleaning desks, break rooms, handling inventory counts, and other various projects.
