Responsibilities:

Safely and courteously drive passengers to their requested destinations using the most efficient route.

Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, or other items as needed.

Greet passengers with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a comfortable atmosphere.

Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, both inside and outside, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for passengers.

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of both passengers and other road users.

Accept payment from passengers and provide accurate change or receipts as required.

Keep records of daily trips, mileage, and payments, and report any incidents or issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle, particularly those with mobility challenges.

Stay informed about local traffic conditions and alternate routes to avoid delays.

Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Handle passenger complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner, escalating issues as necessary.

Cooperate with dispatchers to receive assignments, plan routes, and coordinate pickups.

Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and fueling.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and reliable service.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Excellent knowledge of the local area, roads, and landmarks.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Comfortable working independently and making decisions on the road.

Physical ability to load and unload luggage or assist passengers with limited mobility.

Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and basic smartphone usage.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Prior experience as a taxi driver or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
