Roles and Responsibilities
Handling Sales recruitment activities on all India levels through different sourcesManaging the complete recruitment cycleConducting interviews, discussing offers with prospective candidatesReviewing the Job Description to understand the needs of the companyLining up candidates according to the parameters and requirementsReference check and collecting all relevant documents from candidates
Must be having good experience in using Naukri.com/LinkedIn.Must be having experience in bulk Hiring across all levels.Able to hire around 60 to 80 candidates per month.Salary Negotiation.
Desired Candidate Profile Must have 3- 8 years of experience in FMCG / bulk Hiring.Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
