Job Profile for Sales Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)
We are in search of a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to be the influential representative of our brand at the district level. As the Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless availability of our stationery products at retail outlets through the establishment of a robust supply chain with our distributors. This strategic move will guarantee that all stationery stores within your designated area are well-stocked with our products. Additionally, where our products are not readily available, you will take the initiative to personally visit the retailers, acquaint them with our product range, and secure orders, ensuring their consistent supply.
Furthermore, a critical aspect of your role will involve soliciting orders for our esteemed Patanjali Divya Prakashan publications from schools, colleges, and government as well as private libraries. Your expertise in fostering strong relationships with educational institutions and libraries will contribute significantly to expanding our reach in the education sector.
Qualification & Experience:
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA candidates preferred)
• Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
• Showcase your remarkable attention to detail and expertise in maintaining precise records.
• Your proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM software is invaluable.
• Illuminate your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate seamless team coordination.
• Your problem-solving acumen and multitasking abilities will empower you to tackle various tasks with ease.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Your sphere of influence extends to, but is not limited to the following:
• Act as our brand’s esteemed representative at the district level, creating a strong distributor supply chain to ensure easy availability of our stationery products at retail outlets.
• Proactively visit retailers where our products are not readily available, introduce them to our product range, and secure orders to ensure a steady supply.
• Collaborate with distributors to ensure smooth and timely deliveries, addressing any supply chain issues promptly.
• Engage with schools, colleges, and libraries to solicit orders for our Patanjali Divya Prakashan publications, fostering lasting relationships and promoting our products effectively.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date repository of sales records, encompassing customer information and communication logs.
• Process sales orders with precision, ensuring timely customer delivery.
• Champion customer satisfaction by addressing order-related issues and providing swift resolutions or escalating concerns when necessary.
• Leverage sales reports to generate valuable insights and trends, contributing to enhanced performance evaluation.
• Keep the sales team abreast of progress by diligently tracking sales targets and goals.
• Cultivate positive customer relationships that enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
• Be the first point of contact for addressing customer inquiries and promptly resolving complaints, involving relevant team members as required.
• Provide invaluable support in crafting impactful presentations and sales materials.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales data.
