Job Description
Our Client, the Trading industry, has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the team as a Personal Assistant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing a full spectrum of secretarial & admin support to the director
- Completion & submission of travel approval forms
- Assist to complete & submit expenses & claims
- Making travel & accommodation arrangements
- Coordinate & arrange meetings/ business reviews
- Provide air travel budget
- Assist in presentation materials
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min Degree in any discipline from Local University
- At least 2 years of experience in secretarial/administrative support
- Excellent communication skill
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills and possess initiative
- Able to communicate in mandarin (need to communicate with mandarin speaking counterpart and client)
