HR Generalist
1 Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
2 – Administer and oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
3 Implement and execute HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
4 – Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
5 – Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. 6 Conduct training programs on various HR-related topics.
7 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
8 Knowledge of statutory compliance
9 Min 4 years of experience in payroll processing and leave management, Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations and statutory requirements.
10 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
11 Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently.
12 Punctual with proven track record of dedication & reliability

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
