Full Job Description
Quality Analyst Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Voice Call plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
- Implement and monitor Voice Call scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
- Call audit.
Quality Analyst Requirements:
- Experience in Voice quality inspection, Auditing, and Testing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal BPO Background Preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
