Quality Analyst Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Voice Call plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
• Implement and monitor Voice Call scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
• Call audit.

Quality Analyst Requirements:

• Experience in Voice quality inspection, Auditing, and Testing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal BPO Background Preferred.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
