Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our admissions team. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in contacting leads generated by the company, understanding their needs and aspirations, and persuading them to visit our institute for further discussions about our courses. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a genuine interest in helping potential students make informed decisions about their digital marketing education.

Key Responsibilities

-Contact leads provided by the institute through phone calls

-Engage in meaningful conversations with potential students to understand their career goals, interests, and digital marketing training requirements.

-Explain the features, benefits, and details of our digital marketing courses to prospective students in a clear and compelling manner.

-Schedule appointments for leads to visit our institute, ensuring they receive personalized attention from our admissions team.

-Keep detailed and accurate records of all lead interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities in Excel sheets.

-Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversions and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in a telemarketing or telecalling role.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.

-Results-oriented and target-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
