Computer Operator / Tele Caller (Females Only)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Operator cum Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including operating computer systems, assisting with office operations, and handling tele-calls. The candidate should possess excellent computer skills, be proficient in office software applications, and have a friendly and professional demeanor for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
– Operate computer systems and ensure the smooth functioning of hardware and software.
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
– Maintain and update electronic and paper records as required.
– Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone calls.
– Conduct tele-calls to clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed.
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information in a timely and professional manner.
– Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
– Support the office staff in various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth flow of information and tasks within the office.
– Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
– Proven experience as a Computer Operator or Office Assistant.
– Proficient in operating computer systems and using office software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
– Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Comfortable and experienced in conducting tele-calls with clients and stakeholders.
– Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
– Strong organizational and time management abilities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
– High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
– Additional certifications in computer operations or office administration are a plus.
