Office Coordinator
Job Requirements:-
● Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
● Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
● Monitor and maintain office equipment and ensure necessary repairs are performed.
● Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
● Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and clients as needed.
● Assist with event planning and coordination.
● Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹24,000.00 per month
