Your Mission
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Provide fundamental support to the sales and merchandise department with regards to reporting and general analysis
- Monitor, maintain, and improve data integrity within the operating system (product & sales related)
- Supply all customer sales and inventory data to the sales team
- Monitor and maintain OTB status of inventory (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Coordinate seasonal product forecasting with the sales and merchandising team
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the operating system and apply it accordingly
- Work with the sales team in the go-to-market execution and provide operational support
- Utilize all tools available according to Sales operations direction including process improvement, customer service, analysis and system support (online ordering systems as well as SAP support)
Operational Responsibilities:
- Continuous analysis of sales & inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and take action where necessary
- In conjunction with the Customer Service team, ensure that seasonal orders are entered/captured correctly/promptly
- Coordinate with the EEMEA regional hub regularly (when and where necessary) in terms of orders, sales, and inventory
- Assist the Sales team and PMMs with any special reporting projects from time to time
Your Talent
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Experience:
- Preferably, over two years in a sales coordinator/analyst role
Capabilities:
- Ability to work alongside other functions
- Fluency in the English language (speaking, reading, writing)
- Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, power-point)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Forecasting ability and the ability to analyze data
- Exceptional follow-through and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and work against business deadlines
- High level of energy, initiative, and professionalism
