We are looking to hire a reliable delivery boy to deliver food packages to customers on trains at the Railway Station.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food packages within an optimal period of time received from station gate to specified passengers within the train
• Efficiently manage multiple orders, delivery locations and customers at the same time
• Verify the identities of customers while delivery and accept and record payments for delivered packages (cash and mobile wallet)
• Doing quality check of food parcel before delivery and taking appropriate actions
• Maintain clear communication with customers, food service employees and resolve any issues or delays in order efficiently
• Represent the organization with excellence and professionalism by answering customers’ questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner

Key Requirements:

• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to read, write and operate delivery portal on smartphone
• Prior food delivery experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with the railway station, entry-exit points and train time-tables
• Required to be available at the Railway Station

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,000.00 per month
