Job Description

• Conduct fundamental research and due diligence on investment opportunities
• Prepare offers and assist with negotiations
• Prospect new business and initiate sales calls
• Liaise with and report to clients as needed

Qualifications

• Active sales representative license with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team-based environment
• Creative, possesses a strong work ethic and drive to excel
• A good communicator

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate license (required)
