What the role includes :
- Support the front desk in the day-to-day work, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level.
- Act as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and provides a positive and prompt response to guest inquiries.
- Takes responsibility for tasks assigned and ensures that all work is completed in a prompt and professional manner.
- Works towards specific goals with a customer focus.
- Ensures costs are kept low and productivity and performance levels are achieved.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
- Ensures that all legislation is followed and complied with, requirements for accuracy and best practice are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit and perform follow-up as required.
What we ask for:
- Experience in reception is an advantage.
- A positive attitude with an open mind for different tasks
- We see that you have a passion for service and want to deliver the best service to our guests.
- We would love for you to be creative and take responsibility for finding solutions that provide the best service to guests as colleagues.
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in different groups
- Experience of working with IT systems with different platforms
- Good communication skills in both speech and writing. We see that you have a good knowledge of English and at least one other Nordic language.
