We at Reliance Jio are expanding our operations and are looking at the Young & Energetic Team for the below-mentioned position as JIO Home Delivery (JHD) Lead
Industry Preference: Fintech, Food delivery companies, Banking, E-Commerce, Logistics
Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of managing, and supervising direct sales teams of min 8-10 people
- Knowledge of product and market
- Knowledge of Direct Sales Practices
- Team Recruitment Skills
- Target orientation

- Good Communication Skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JC Operation
- Manage and Supervise various outbound channels to ensure high service levels for JHD customer
- Recruit, Train & Deploy outbound direct sales agents in the JC area as per the given target
- Monitor refresher training on the JHD process and product knowledge for agents
- Drive Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on a day to to day basis
- Ensure JC Level Master Configurations on the JHD platform – Agents, Stores, PIN Codes, Products
- JC Territory planning to ensure 100% coverage across the JC area
- Supervise and manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (DSS) for Home Delivery
- Propose process, and system changes to improve the quality of JHD operations
- Monitor and Gather competition/industry plans, initiatives, policies, and best practices
